At MUSICFYY, we hold great respect for the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. Our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines strictly prohibit the posting, sharing, or submission of any content that infringes or violates the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

Copyright

Copyright is a legal protection granted to original works of authorship, such as music and videos. It safeguards the unique expression of ideas, but not the underlying concepts or facts. We do not tolerate any content that infringes copyright. Unauthorized use of copyrighted content without proper authorization or a valid reason is considered a violation of our policies. However, it's important to note that not all unauthorized uses of copyrighted content constitute infringement. Some countries provide exceptions to copyright infringement under specific circumstances, such as fair use in the United States or fair dealing in the European Union, as well as similar exceptions in other countries. If a user's content is found to infringe upon someone else's copyright, it will be promptly removed. In cases of multiple copyright violations or other breaches of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, an account may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to refuse account creation for individuals whose previous accounts have been involved in improper activities on the MUSICFYY platform. For rights holders who encounter copyright infringement issues, we provide mechanisms to address them. Contacting the user directly is often the most efficient way to resolve complaints, benefiting all parties involved. Alternatively, rights holders can file a Copyright Infringement Report, requesting the removal of allegedly infringing content from MUSICFYY. To ensure a thorough investigation, it is crucial to provide all necessary information in the Copyright Infringement Report. Failure to do so may limit our ability to address the complaint. We may share the copyright owner's contact information and complaint details with the account owner in question. Please be aware that intentionally sending misleading or fraudulent copyright infringement notices can result in liability for damages under the relevant laws, such as Section 512(f) of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). MUSICFYY cannot arbitrate disputes between third parties, and we may not be able to remove content or suspend an account solely based on a reported complaint. In such cases, we encourage users to directly contact the person who posted the content or the account owner to attempt resolution. In compliance with Article 17 of the Copyright Directive (EU 2019/790), we have specific forms available for granting permission to make copyrighted works available on MUSICFYY or for requesting unavailability of music or audiovisual works in the EU. Users can submit these forms, and we will assess the requests accordingly. At MUSICFYY, we are committed to upholding copyright protections and fostering a respectful creative environment for all users.
